Delbrook is a neighbourhood between Upper Lonsdale and Edgemont Village and is named for the main street that runs through it - Delbrook Avenue. It is known for its large homes/lots and many cul-de-sacs. To the West side of Delbrook, you will find the new Delbrook Rec Centre along with the Mosquito Creek Hiking area. You will also find a few condos and townhomes in this area.
