Capilano neighbourhood splits into two sections - Upper Capilano and Lower Capilano. In Lower Capilano, you will find the Marine Village Centre - a vibrant, walkable neighbourhood featuring brand new townhomes and condos. Upper Capilano is home to a small area of homes south of Edgemont Village. It is a desirable spot as it is easy access to Lions Gate Bridge along with walking distance to Edgemont Village. It also provides access to Capilano Suspension Bridge - a tourist attraction in North Vancouver; however, if you are a local, you will most likely head to Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge.
