Westlynn is located just south of Lynn Valley and features more affordable homes than in Lynn Valley. There is a mix of condos, townhomes and homes in this area. The north end is within walking distance of Lynn Valley Shopping Centre. To the South, the homes are right on the border of Lynn Canyon Park.
